Looks like an orange-wing Amazon. They’re not good talkers but they do noises really well !
Mine has a honk that sounds like a jake brake. I believe her former owners lived near a busy intersection with lots of truck traffic :)
My orange wing makes the sound of a ringing fax machine and a little yippy dog. Parrots are hilarious.
