Anybody with half a brain would know NOT to give something as HARDCORE as Methodone to someone else. It’s one thing to give an asprin, it’s quite another to give hard narcs. HKS should have known you don’t pass out Methodone.

I agree with you, and I think someone needs to be held accountable for giving Daniel the Methadone.

Methadone is a Schedule II drug. HKS and ANS were obtaining it and taking it as if it were candy. The doctor who prescribed it, and the person who gave it are at fault here.

I agree wholeheartedly. So how does one try to do that? I believe the inquest re Daniel is a start, but who could bring a civil suit, or an investigation stateside on this matter? Who was injured,Virgie, as Daniel’s grandparent?
