What vitamin would you suggest to cover all the possible deficiencys?
It's why you need to know are you anemic, what is your liver and kidney function, etc. You live where katrina hit so there is all sorts of things that could be affecting your health and blood work is a point in time and a starting point... BUT the good liquid multi, multi min, B-12 and C is a starter. I would probably add a B-50, milk thistle to clean out your liver, but start with what i've listed first.
