I am trying to be nicer to lawyers as my Hubby has one now for he is being sued for malpractice..his lawyer had me grill my Husband before his video depo!
Malpractice insurance is what makes us all pay through the nose for doctor visits. Before I got really sick, I calculated that I would have to work two full time jobs, with one devoted to medical insurance. Pre existing conditions, dontcha know...

malpractice sucks. The doctor I work for had a little medicaid girl brought in very ill by her parents, he instructed them to drive her directly to the ER (five minutes from the office) and he made arrangements for her to be admitted. They never took her, instead took her home and she died and they sued the doctor.
