It's also rarely tested for. Wonder if they can still look for it in Danny because I think that's what he got hit with, too. I also think that Howard gave something to Anna for sleep after everyone left and so just he and Danny were really present. Anna was out of it.

Well, from looking at that case...and remembering that Howard said that Danny was sleepy (or drowsy), that's the same that that happened in that law case in my earlier thread.

I couldn't understand why Howard would say: "I should have thought more of it". Why?? The kid had a hard day.

I think Howard saying that was "a mistake" because at the point in time that he said it, he can only be talking about the effects of drugs and that drug in particular and guess what, even today, we don't know that chloral hydrate was in Danny's system because it is rarely tested for.
