My husband sculpted dolls and I dressed them (we made lady dolls) and I used to take them to NY Toy Fair each year (all the dealers come there to buy)... after 911 flying with them became too difficult because of TSA going through everything and not putting back wrapped correctly, etc., plus the ever lowering weight limits and increased fees for extra luggage.

I had several friends (Illinois and Mississippi) that did the same and we shared a room in Manhatten and spent ten days running all over the place, shopping, resturants, Broadway Plays, etc.... Hard work and a lot of fun, I don't miss the work part, though.

Now my husband keeps busy painting murals and doing faux work here in town.
