Has anyone even asked Howard if she was given any drugs by him that morning or whether she took any herself OR ASKED what she was given to sleep the night before?

It seems that morning starts at 9:30 AM when Moe sticks his head in the door and at the same time, Howard is taking her to the bathroom.

And no one says when she went to bed the night before, what she took and who gave them to her.

KE said she called the night before and the morning that she died. What time?? And if Anna was fine the night before, why call just a few hours later??

What I'm saying is, everyone has ignored the 8 or so hours BEFORE 9:30 AM and uses that time as the point of beginning...BUT she's got ALL THAT SH** in her system.

I think something is very, very wrong with what Perper has concluded and it is discoverable.

Take a listen to that video of Greta from last night. I can't right now cuz hubbys still sleeping. But i recall that Greta asked Dr. Perp a question about what he might've given Anna that morning. Things were flying on that show last night, and the video might have the answer to your question.

I do remember that Greta asked him if she took CH that morning and he said yes but he had no way of knowing if she took it herself or if anyone else gave it to her.

That's why Greta was grilling him on how could she have possibly walked to the other room to get the drug outta the duffle bag if she couldn't even walk to the bathroom without help. Someone would've had to help her to the other room right?

Please remember that Howard as father of Dannie Lynn, holds the rights to who sees Anna's medical records.

I believe that KE has said that she DID NOT give them to Perper because of the privacy rights. Howard holds those rights AS LONG AS HE IS THE FATHER.

Even if he gets custody, I don't think he can retain those rights.

I suppose that by now, KE has rewritten some of them to match the videos.

If I'm a doctor, and my client is almost incoherent on several recent videos, I would be negligent if I continued the course of treatment.

I realize that Howard took them to show she was whacked out and evidence of drug use....but her doctor (her best friend) is standing by and saying "There's my patient". Aren't I doing a good job in caring for her??

You said it. There definitely is something very wrong with what Perper concluded. Cover-up or senility? Greta revealed much that's wrong with his conclusions, like taking the word of HKS. Her question about his medical degree made me think maybe there is something there. A scandal?

In the videos with ANS, there is something about HKS's body language that gives me the creeps. The way he crowding her, like keeping her on a leash. It's hard to explain.
