California doesn't. The DNA lab in Ohio has the results and they are sealed. Stern wants them destroyed. The Stern team is saying a swab is inaccurate and the only thing accurate is blood and blood is against Dannielynn's rights until she turns 18 and gives permission for someone to have her blood tested for DNA.

READ THIS:

"What kind of samples are used for testing?
DNA Services of America prefers to use a cotton-tipped swab, commonly called a "cheek swab". It is collected by swabbing the inside cheek of the mouth. It is painless, non-invasive and the results are just as accurate as blood samples since the DNA in every nucleated cell in your body is the same.

Other biological samples are acceptable, including a tube of blood or drops of blood on a bloodstain card when appropriate".

Team Howard is wrong, wrong, wrong!
