What I don't like about Vista is the Defrag. You can't see it work so you don't know if it's working and after hours the only thing that happens is it goes back to START DEFRAGMENTER. That has been a windows issue since Win98. You start DEFRAG and as soon as any program writes to the disk, the DEFRAG starts all over again from the beginning.
You have to manually stop most of the processes before DEFRAG will work at all.

That's not the problem with this one. Defrag worked great with XP Pro. This one you can't even watch to files move so you have no idea if defrag is even working. Also when it's done (I think because you can't tell)you are still at the start window.
