Updated September 20, 2006 (Originally filed September 14, 2006) Rio Hondo, Texas - Today I talked with reporter Allen Essex at the Valley Morning Star newspaper in Harlingen, Texas. Allen visited the site of the concentric rings with Star photographer, Joe Hermosa, earlier this week. There were three sets of rings all the same diameter "pressed down into the ground as if something very heavy had set down," said Allen Essex. "All of the rings were pressed about five inches into the ground and at the bottom of the rings were crushed weeds. The rings in the photograph were the most distinct. The other two sets of rings were not quite as clear."

Beatriz Huerta, Arnulfo's wife, and their son, Marine Corps Lance Cpl. Armin Huerta (temporarily home from Iraq and now on travel again), noticed the three sets of concentric rings about 5:30 p.m., on Thursday, September 7, 2006. Arnulfo Huerta told Allen Essex, "We hadn't noticed them before. You can see that the grass was too high to see them (before the burning)." Huerta said he got a burning permit from the Rio Hondo fire chief because the weeds were so full of ticks.

Christmas Eve 2004 - A Bright Light Over Field

The Huertas told Essex that on Christmas Eve in December 2004, their son, Armin, saw a bright light right over the weed field where the concentric rings have now been discovered. Arnulfo told Essex, "My wife and I were at a birthday party and he (Armin) called us. He was real excited. There was a blue light, right out here where these circles are. Armin told us it lit up the whole inside of the house as if it were daytime." The Huertas realized their son was nervous about the brightness of the light and he did not go outside to see the source. Now the Huertas wonder if the bright, blue light might have landed three times in the weeds two years ago for reasons unknown.

September 19, 2006 Email Update:

C. B. in Utica, Mississipi, emailed today: "In the mid-winter of the early 1970s, I was a teenager doing one of my farm chores of checking the perimeter fences on my father's farm in Claiborne County, Mississippi. The farm is about fifteen miles south of Utica, Mississippi. We had cattle and my father wanted the perimeter fences checked daily. While heading back to the house on my horse, I found three perfectly flattened circles in the field a few hundred feet from our house.

"They were not concentric rings cut into the ground like those in the Rio Hondo, Texas, photograph on your Earthfiles webpage. The three depressions were perfectly round filled areas and about three feet apart. It was as if three extremely heavy perfectly flat round surfaces about 15 feet wide landed there and crushed the dried brush and grass till the pieces separated from the pressure. Or, maybe whatever it was landed, rose again, landed close by, rose again, and landed again close by. Whatever it was, it was quiet to have been so massively heavy.

"They were large and close together. I brought my father and mother to these large flattened areas to get their opinion. They didn't know what to make of them. My father was a retired Marine drill instructor with military service during WW2 and a highly trained observer, but this really puzzled him. Had we burned the dried weeds away like this (Rio Hondo) rancher did, we might have even found rings like his.

"Whatever made those perfectly round flattened areas had to have weighed several tons or more to flatten out the tall, stiff brush so perfectly. I can drive my nearly two ton Ford pickup over the same kind of dried brush and can't get it to flatten out the way that area was back then.

Maybe there is a good reason national security is involved.
What if UFO really are visitors from space? They act in a most unfriendly way, with abductions, painfull experiments, deliberate flyovers of military bases....

A) I don't believe we are being visited, and
B) If I'm wrong, they're definately are NOT friendly.

1. 20 or more animal 'mutilations' have occurred in a remote Montana farming area since Oct through 20-23 Nov.

4. Cow bounced [maybe twice] in a south to north [or opposite] direction in a stubbled barley field.

5. Sheriff is absolutely certain no predators or cults have had anything to do with the mutilations.

6. Folks have in the past seen animals being raised from fields in a beam of light. And some have seen animals being lowered back down toward a field in a beam of light--then the light being switched off and the animal falling as much as 100-400 feet. Sometimes animals have left craters from being dropped, in the past.

7. Researchers have uncovered an article from 1904 in AUSTRALIA where several dozen sheep were mutilated in identical ways--incredibly precise incisions, totally drained of blood, [I think including dropped from the air.]

8. Montana mutilation cow lying between residential region and a missle launch base.

9. Corso in his book said that ET's were doing it for genetic reasons but that the government was fiercely determined to keep it secret "for national security" reasons.

If you go from the body of the animal, out 12" 2' 5' and get out 20' . . . the energy changes in a circle with a change at 20' . . . in terms of the biochemical/biophysical data . . . may be defining the diameter of the beam technology.

13. Imaine in your mind's eye a 20' diameter beam with this huge cow . . . at an angle . . . that angle would first interact with the cow at 200' from where the cow bounced . . . in the soil beneath the animal, the data dropped almost to 0.00.

Tex Graves . . . retired sheriff . . . looked at 266 color polorids he'd collected from the 1970's . . . a large steer had been held down by something . . . ear, eye, tongue, rectum . . . but the animal had dug an 8" hole with it's head . . . those feet held perfectly together . . . nothing moved on this animal except the head--this is a case in which the animal was held by something incomprehensible in which the head was allowed to dig an 8" hole . . . almost as though they were making a statement: THIS IS WHAT WE CAN DO.

16. . . . our government was in an attack mode . . . resulting in retaliation . . . perhaps some of that was done in a flaunting way as a demonstration . . . some of them.

17. . . . a genetic harvest . . . and we're talking about possibly nutrition [for the ET's].

18. It was a sheriff trying to say that 'something wants us to know what it's doing and capable of.

Is it unusual for you to get a call from law enforcement . . . . this was the first time in 2.5 decades . . . that a law enforcement person has dealt with SO MANY mutilations . . . he is so highly respected in the area . . . at least 21 mutilations in 5 years. This is going on in Argentina, Brazil, . . . in 6 or 7 Provinces . . . in ARgentina--over 3,200 reports of unusual animal deaths. . . . including all kinds of people, bankers etc. observing strange things in the sky . . . beams coming down in water tanks with raised tanks that are raised in the sky . . . a beam goes into the water and the next day the farmer finds he does not have a drop of water in his water tank.

20. . . . in So Am . . . one of these raised water tanks . . . 30 cattle were found dead inside the water tank where the water had been removed . . . folks asking "What is the message?"
