Not sure about protocol involving the USA flag flown with two others. But in a perfect non-pc world the flag of the USA SHOULD be placed in a position of honor. But this is not a perfect world. Groups like the aclu has scewed up things so badly the flag of the USA is lucky to even be raised. There are so many things wrong in this country and the flag is caught up in the mess.

Of course this is State of California property in the USA and the only flags flying there should be USA, California, County of San Diego, City of Del Mar, and POW/MIA......never the flag of a foreign country, especially one that is invading us...........

I drove by there today to be sure. It's there. It made my heart sink. It's too bad nobody gives a damn and the apathy level is so high; maybe when they look out and the invaders are crapping on their lawn, they'll wake up.
