I hated the name Sir Leigh Teabing in the novel and always assumed that this was Brown's idea of a jokie play on words with teabagging (if you don't know what it means, you don't want to know). I also thought that only the ridiculous albino Silas and cartoonish Bishop Aringarosa were more irritating characters than Sir Teabag.
