All he needs is a reasonable doubt It depends on the jury. With the wrong jury, he needs undisputable proof of innocence. I thought Ebbers was innocent. He held on to his 600 million of worldcom stock all the way down to zero. That makes him innocent by me and he still went to jail for a long time.
Well, I was speaking to what SHOULD be reality of course. I think it's wrong to report they must prove their innocence though. That just condones an unjust jury. There are plenty of
sad examples of what can go awry though when the DA, the community, and the jury are all out of control though.
