Thanks! I went and read it and it is very interesting how he is putting together the time line of what was going on in the months prior to the Iraqi invasion.

Yesterday was sooo cold!
Even a little bit warmer, and sunnier would be heavenly.
Mozartlover, the link you posted yesterday was great. Excellent presentation on Ev & what's he's doing for all of us.
I'll try to get back later. A busy week wraps up today, plus we still are doing taxes...

Yesterday there I was logging onto a military information sight when all heck started. my computer went bonkers, started showing dot, dashes, running page after page, I shut it down and then COULD NOT get back into FR, can't get into anything. I call SIL (at Disney Land) and got these 'disgusted' answers (just kidding) and is as always his answers 'do not worry about it, I will fix it as soon as I get home'. I think someone put some type of bug in my computer. I a over at the house using his computer and will not DARE log onto anything from now on but FR.
Went plant looking while in town and found some good one fairly cheap, I use that word with tounge in cheek, since the hurricane NOTHING is 'fairly cjea'.
It was reported yesterday that over 100,000 people are living in FEMA trailers along the gulf coast. They are making entire FEMA villages all around here and yes, they are having drug problems in them but do not have the manpower to do anything about it.
Jut wanted to check in and say howdy so, 'howdy'. I will come back to the 'big house' in a little while and see what is going on, gotta go and clean my place now.

Well, good afternoon. It is another beautiful day here in the South. I have several buds on my roses just about to bloom. Our woods orchids are in bloom, Bees are humming, birds are singing.
God's in His heaven,
All's right with the world.

Well, it's beautiful day here in the North, too. The grass is brown, the air is chilly, and Mt. Dirty Dishes is threatening to avalanche all over my kitchen.
But my boy is home. So it's a beautiful day.;^)

Actually it is quite sunny & bright. But definitely feels more like late winter than early spring.
But I'm not complaining.:)

Am I to understand you are making cheese???Of course. I'm making a blue mold ripened cheese. I made the starter. I cultured the blue mold from a commercial cheese that I particularly liked. I rennetted, cut the curds, drained the whey, salted, molded the wheel, salted the exterior, and in 9 days, I will poke 40 each 1/16th inch holes in the wheel, and let it work for about 3 months before I plastic wrap it, and let it age for another three months.
I make a couple of pounds of different kinds of cheeses every month, from queso blanco to cheddar (some aging now, to be smoked later) to bleu cheese.
I wasn't kidding. Homemade cheese, sausage, beer, bread and kraut are the loves of my life.

I hate being cold. That's why.
I have new neighbors at the old homestead that mom sold. He's coming back to Lake Worth after umpteen years, too. I used to get in fist-fights with his older brother and get my @$$ stomped. We laughed about those days. He'll be a buddy that I can save the universe with. 8>)
