I tried some of the dark chocolate that the old frenchman gave me, finally. (The steaks were great, BTW, and the fish)

Why does a one pound bar of chocolate give information about nutritional information based on "Servings per container: 1"? Is that a girl thing?

I ate about 4 grams. A quarter ounce?

Did I get my chocolate Minimum Daily Requirement? I probably won't have any for another couple of weeks.

Just returned home from a fabulous evening of Hank Williams music. The show is called Hank and My Honky Tonk Heros. The MC does a terrific job of telling about Hanks life, in between musical sets. Plenty of his music and the MC, Jason Petty, sounds a lot like Hank.

The Heros part is a tribute to stars that influenced Hank and those stars that Hank influenced.

Great music.
