Super 9-Minute Narnia Trailer Available (Major spoilers)
TV4.se ^ | Walden Media

Posted on 11/29/2005 6:35:25 AM PST by DaveLoneRanger

A Swedish television website has made the nine-minute super-trailer for Narnia available to the public by clicking here. Some of you do not want the spoilers. The trailer sums up the movie, almost, although not necessarily giving everything away. Trained Narnia fans/devotees will probably recognize almost everything, but then again, if you're a trained Narnia devotee, not much will surprise you anyway.

I have watched the trailer. It's amazing. Incredible. For anyone with doubts about attending the film, I'm sure this will quell those doubts.

After viewing the trailer, prepare for a midnight viewing on Thursday of next week. Like me. :-D

That's not Narnia!

It looks like the beginning of a war movie.

Try again, mate....and remember why the four children went to the Professor's house in the first place? (Hint: bombs)

That is great. I'm one 40 year old giddy to see Narnia...with my son of course...LOL.

Soundtrack sounds like a real winner too.

I forgot about that ... the bombs!

Looks like a good movie. Disney will make some serious money on this.

I strongly recommend that anyone about to watch the movie reread the Narnia series and I also recommend the audio unabridged versions put out by, I think Harper Audio. I did both this past year and can't wait to see the movie.

I agree - I'd gotten the Chronicles for my son for Christmas - he'd never read them, but is excited about the movie. Yesterday he saw a sale on the set in a catalogue and pointed it out to me. I ended up giving him one of his presents early so he could start reading them before the movie.. laugh.

At the rate he's going he'll have them done by next week - he's well over 1/2 way through the Lion, the Witch and the Wardrobe this morning..

The trailer brought back many memories of the books - I believe I'll start on LWW when he's finished!

Did not work for me in Netscape, I had to open/use Internet Exploder to view it.

Great trailer, the music really impressed me. I know King Kong comes out a week after this is released, but I don't think it will matter. I'm guessing they will battle it out for #1 for a few weeks, but Narnia will be seen more than once by a lot of people! I'm really excited about this film, and hope the early, huge returns will get them going on the next one right away!

Impossible!

Wow. It's going to be better than good... It's going to be perfect. Yeah, MAJOR spoilers; it's basically a synopsis of the entire movie. And, yes, I love the war footage at the start.
