I've found that the best place to see those long chin hairs is in the rear view mirror in the car. So one day I was tweezing a particularly loooooog one in the car on the way to work, and listening to the radio when a guy called into the radio station and said:

"Man, you're not gonna believe what I saw. A woman plucking her chin hairs on the way to work."
