Do you run or do any exercise regimen? I find that helps a lot.
I don't even like the word "regimen." Besides riding and sometimes hiking, I do random workouts...semi-regularly. Occasionally I try to talk myself into joining a gym, but then I talk myself out of it. I mean, what's the point of spending money on something that you don't want to do (and are therefore unlikely to find time for), when you're hardly able to get around to doing something for free that you DO want to do?
