I have no doubt as to their intent, but I am also fascinated by the fact that the referring physician declined to sign the admittance form, and the handwritten 'diagnosis' looks more like TAMPERING than a diagnosis IMO.
The physician, Gambone, I believe, resigned. Could it be he did not wish to be held responsible? Did Gambone not agree to the PVS condition?
