Don't know, this is the first time I've ever watched an entire season of anything !
Didn't like the ending much but it leaves lots of loose ends for a new series.

Let's see...
Season's one and three were all the work of a madman terrorist.
Muslims were the focus in seasons 2 and 4...
That leaves the ChiComs as the "bad guys" in season 5.
It makes total sense!

My guess is that Keeler recovers and is President next season.
I'd love to see Logan replaced as VP in a scandal or something.
As for Palmer...he's getting his own show so I don't think we'll see much of him.

and who funded Marwan, what happened to Behrooze..... And who is Mandy working for? Remember at the end of Season 2, she called someone just before she shook Palmer's hand--he was a white guy on a yacht. I don't think his ID has ever been revealed.

Did the real President (Keeler) die, or is he still in critical condition somewhere? The network asked that they not kill a President as per the Charlie Rose interview. He's still critical.

Yes...Haysbert's new show is called "The Unit."
From USA Today:
"In the time away from 24, Haysbert acted in a CBS pilot, The Unit, the story of a military anti-terrorism unit being produced by The Shield's Shawn Ryan and playwright David Mamet. He also will appear in the upcoming feature film Jarhead, based on a Marine's experience in the 1991 Gulf War, and an ABC miniseries about ancient Rome, Empire."
