I make a darn good omelet, when I don't bust the thing flipping it...
And I get to have 'em on days other than Monday and Wednesday! ;-)
Seriously, though, they're a great thing to made for breakfast just because they're soooooo fast. Almost as quick as pouring milk over dry cereal.
I'm almost thinking of calling the realtor today. I figure there must be LOTS of preliminary stuff to be filled out before they ever view the house. And it'll be done - the house, I mean - by Monday.
