I'm still going by your previous (two years ago) statement. Vice-President Cheney will step down within two years. Dr. Condi will step up to Vice-President and will be confirmed by Congress. 2008 will be President Condoleeza Rice. She has EVERYTHING going for her.
That's my Dream Scenario.
However, Condi has repeatedly said she doesn't want it.
