Me, I would have been thrilled to skip open-house! :~ Wife went to Jr's back-to-school night last night. Luke was too tired to leave with Jr. so I stayed home (okay, so I wanted to anyway).
Wife gave her cell number and email to all of Jr's teachers and said "let me know if he misses an assignment." He did his current events assignment last night when she got home...and she had an extra cell phone in her purse all day.
Get this. It started at 7:00 p.m. I got an automated call from the school at 8:50 p.m. saying "The ****** High School back-to-school night will be held on Monday at 7:00 p.m."...
Oh, and I got an email from the sales goober at the truck dealership that said "we have a new email address. let us know if there is anything we can do for you."
Heh....that I did...

I am taking practice test after practice test to study for my HAM test on Sunday.
I had a high score earlier today. Haven't been able to get that high of a score since, though.
*sigh* I don't remember the differences among volts, watts, amperes, and ohms... I am sure that PE is gonna tell me as soon as he reads this though. Good thing I can still pass the test without this info.
