Just got word that I'm getting 2 new clients and one of them wants to have a payroll rep that speaks Spanish.
Now, don't get me wrong - I don't mind speaking Spanish when I realize that someone is struggling in English. But to be told that the client is requiring it just burns my a$$.
For crying out loud, if you have a business in the USA, shouldn't you at least speak enough English to get your payroll done?
