We'll go to West (West, Texas, that is), and eat kolaches!
Maybe we'll even meet this lady:

I LOVE kolaches!! My cousins' grandmother was Hungarian, and she used to make those at least once a year. It was an all day operation; she'd roll the dough out onto the kitchen table, and cut them all out. They were just yummy. The closest thing I've had to them since were, when SSQ was in grad school, the Hametashen that my Jewish friend, Nancy's, Gramma Gruber made. She knew how much I loved them, so when she sent them to Nancy for Purim, she'd send a couple dozen to me, too! ;o). I've found sefveral different recipes for them, but as yet, have not tried them out.

Kolaches yes, and Colorado yes. New Mexico too!
Jen, most of Texas is vey beautiful.
Other states have quaint old mills
Beauty in their mountains,
Beauty in their rolling hills,
Beauty in their fountains
Beauty in the way folks say
Welcome, welcome y'all
But, something in the awesome way
Our Texas has it all.

I don't get to West near as often as I used to. Used to be on the way to and from college. Been too long.
