Are the people here breaking into AQ sites? Can AQ follow them back here? For those of us not in the know, can you explain what's being found and what it means? Thanks for the help.

No they are not breaking into AQ sites, they are utilizing a variety of accepted methods of obtaining information. To the second question, sure, but its unlikely.

The third question is much harder to answer. The data being collected only has meaning when put in the proper context of threat analysis. For instance, a pic of a hotel has no meaning by itself, but when found in say, an internet "briefcase" used by someone who is known to be posting terror threats, it takes on a greater meaning. But then, it still might not have any meaning unless the background of the person/poster has been identified as credible based on a number of other factors. Really simplistic answer, but I hope this helps a little.
