Not to mention an aborted plot to bomb a shopping center in New Delhi India at the height of the Holiday season Divali there last year.

They were killed in the garage, removing guns and getting their belts ready.

I wasn't referring to Pali terror cells... I was referring to US domestic terror cells... which have NOT targetted malls (unless local law enforcement have interdicted and the story hasn't been told).
