My best guess about this poster - the "dark shadow to the left" is a bull with the face of a man. The bull (bull market?) is being sacrificed. This poster was associated with the threat of an attack coinciding with Greater Baraim (the feast of sacrifice). It's not any great revelation that another large attack on CONUS would derail the economic recovery that seems to be just now really picking up steam.
The medallion in the upper left is pretty unclear. Zooming in is useless because it is so pixellated. Almost looks like the dinosaur from one of the old petroleum companies back in the sixties.
I tried zooming in also. Thought it might be a camel. Sinclair was the oil company BTW.

The skyline is southern Manhattan without the WTC, so timing is post-911. The Staten Island ferry terminal and South Street seaport are to the left in this image. The east side of the building are sunlit indicating the morning hours as a time frame...just like 9/11.
The blood of the sacrifice comes from and otherwise emanates from the buildings, covers the streets, flows into the East River.
Most of all this image is a direct reference of time frame to Eid al-Adha (Feast of the Sacrifice) and is a perfect match to the analysis of the translated jihad posts, both Turkish and Arabic jihadi websites. The first reference in print immediately followed the attacks in Turkey of the past COL of weeks.
On Tuesday I asked all for analysts to look for any reference in jihad forums to a Bull or a Ram in connection with a specific place, city, or country.
On Wednesday this image was up on the web site and it nearly floored me. Eid al-Adha.
The Bull is the sacrifice of Eid al-Adha. Osama is performing the sacrifice. (It could be New York City specifically, or a untypical American city. Recent jihad forum translation specifically point out NYC, DC and LA, along with all major US port facilities.)
This is also part of Saddam's longstanding "Phase 3" plan of actions. (I have been convinced for years that Iraq and AlQaeda were cooperating, as is Iran in attacks on the US and its interests going back to the WTC in '93, OKC and 9/11)
The goal of a series of massive biological, chemical and nuclear (radiological or tactical) on the US homeland is to isolate, cut-off or otherwise disrupt commo and other links between the US and our forces in Iraq. Once "isolated" our troops will be swarmed upon like Task Force ranger was swarmed upon in the Mog ten years ago. Major combat operations will once again be the order of the day in Iraq.
We know this Phase 3 of the plan because Qusai spoke of it in his newspaper "Babil" back in 2001, and Dr. Laurie Mylroie spoke of it in an interview with NewMax which I recently re-read.
