you are correct, he is not.

but he often does mention this little "tidbit" stories that seem disconnected from the normal current flow of information coming out about the war on terror, and then a couple of weeks later you see information on that topic popping to the top of the food chain. He admitted last week that he only releases information that his sources tell him will be made public eventually. so let's see what happens with this story.
