No other politician had President Trump’s financial resources to even begin to combat the lawfare.

I can’t imagine what he has spent... 100 million?

He should be reimbursed for false prosecution.

This.

Not to mention, who but Trump would have had the chutzpah to have faced that attack down, and bet his fortune and his liberty on his ability to win the presidency decisively?

An Indictment Against Lawfare
. . . and, IMHO, a rejection of wire service journalism. And of identity politics.

My neighborhood isn’t exactly “the ‘hood” - but next time I have the chance to speak to a black, I plan to congratulate him/her on gaining the influence that comes with the independence of not being taken for granted by any political party.

I propose that the iron is hot to start recruiting blacks to run as Republicans in the cities.

. . . and what was the name of that Army officer who was briefly a Representative from Florida, and was aced out by the uniparty back in the day?

Will the ny courts and DA drop the suits and charges against Trump?

If not, they may be in for some fed investigations.

The 51 "security experts" that claimed that hunter's laptop was Russian disinformation will lose their security clearances on 1/20/2025.

Can this finally be the end of the Obama machine? A repudiation of democrats?

Let’s hope and work for 12 years of Trump and then Vance.

It's possible but like you said, there are no guarantees so we need to work for 12 years of Trump and then Vance (assuming they do a good job for America). As a true conservative, I'm not beholden to any Party or specific candidate, only what's best for America. I'm a huge supporter of our Founding Fathers.

Very happy with American voters' big repudiation of the extreme far-left. I was cautiously optimistic that President Trump would win but I didn't see this clear-cut clean-sweep election coming. Thank God it did. Thanks, fellow American voters, even those Democrats and Independents and from other parties who voted for President Trump and J.D. Vance. Very grateful.

Well Jack Smith is already looking for a way out?

I think we need some sort of lawfare legislation enacted. What was done across the board and not just to Trump needs to be answered for appropriately.

I agree, we are not fixing all this in 4 years. It is going to take at least one decade to get things back on track of a Republic.

That means laying the ground work for the next 4 years. We know the Democrats will be putting up a much tougher candidate in 2028.

But there is a lot of local work, boots on the ground work to be done.

We know the Democrats will be putting up a much tougher candidate in 2028.

I think Kamala will run in 2028 unless Democrat power-brokers pressure her not to run. Kamala is extremely power-hungry and can taste becoming the first female President. That's why she egomaniacally set up that huge shindig for herself at Howard University (she's still pretending to be "African-American" which she's not) to give her "concession" speech in which she said, paraphrased: "Although I concede this election, I am not conceding this fight!" Democrats are identity politics-driven, so Democrat power-brokers consider Kamala's "multicultural ancestry" (Indian, Jamaican-Irish woman) a huge benefit for her and the Democrat Party.

The governor in Pennsylvania, Josh Shapiro, is probably the early favorite to get the 2028 Democrat Presidential nomination. There will be many others, too, so it will be a big Democrat free-for-all. Kamala will likely run again, thinking she learned from her first run, making her a far better candidate in 2028. Just like she suddenly became black in 2024, maybe in 2027 Kamala will suddenly become male, trisexual, post-truth, intersectional, cis, multicultural, decolonizing, normative, Eastern European, gender neutral, BIPOC. I have no clue what the woke terms mean but I wouldn't put it past Kamala to pretend to be all those things if she thinks it will make her The Most Powerful Person in the World.

Maybe Democrat power-brokers, having realized Potato46 had no chance, anointed Kamala as nominee to give her some Presidential campaign experience in preparation so she can become the first female President in 2028.

There are speeches Kamala has given in which she says something like (paraphrased): "As Attorney General of California, with the stroke of a pen, I used my power to ... [blah-blah-blah] ..."

Kamala is a power-hungry commie. Good riddance in 2024. Thanks, my fellow American voters including Democrats, Independents, and from other parties who voted for President Trump & VP-Elect J.D. Vance. Much appreciated!
