The timing of Saturday suuuure was interesting. No VP had yet been picked. What would have happened if Trump was killed...who would have chosen his replacement and VP?
It was, in theory, perfectly timed. I think the GOP would have had to start from scratch to find another candidate, but I honestly do not know.
Donald J Trump (Jr) would have been legally able to assume the mantle by dropping the "Jr" and any challenge would have occurred post election.
There wouldn’t be one if he were dead.
