3 large trees clumped close next to the building more than 15 years old— the crossing passageway (covered/roofed) between two buildings is in that space covered 1/2 way by the trees, which look to be evergreens (cedars?).
Yeah, just spitballing. Just noticed how that tree happens to perfectly hide the ladder.
