He has been sued in the state of Texas and the state of Connecticut over Sandy Hook.
It had been in Texas and Connecticut courts until he declared federal Chapter 11 bankruptcy two years ago, when it went to federal court. The plaintiff’s lawyers told the judge they don’t want money, they want Jones shut down, a complete betrayal of their fiduciary responsibility to the Sandy Hook parents. The federal judge is an honest judge who follows the law. He gave them a deadline to settle or he would turn the company back over to Alex.
In the meantime Alex has filed Chapter 7 bankruptcy to liquidate his assets (of which he has very little after years of lawfare) to pay the parents. Now that the federal bankruptcy case is over it goes back to the state courts. Chapter 7 will buy a little more time, but they are going to succeed in taking over Infowars, but Alex Jones is Infowars, so it will be a hollow victory. Jones says he has hundreds of offers to continue his broadcasts he he will rise from the ashes bigger and stronger than ever.
Just this weekend the Sandy Hook lawyers tried to take over Alex Jones’ X account so they could masquerade as him and keep him from publicly revealing the crimes that they have committed against him. Elon Musk is having none of it.
Jones was the test case for lawfare. They used the same extralegal tactics on Trump. Once they succeed in shutting down Jones they will turn their attention Elon and Tucker Carlson and Joe Rogan. Steve Bannon goes to prison in July.
They want to silence all opposing voices leading up the 2024 election.
I am not a lawyer, but I listen to Alex Jones every day. The above is my best effort to convey what he has been saying.

Seems very reasonable and descriptive, none of it surprises me.
I’ve never been an Alex Jones fan, that does not mean that he is wrong often. On the contrary, he is usually right on the mark.
Our Court systems are in lock step with the Globalist Cabal. Many multi national corporations are too. Most of the Fed Gov alphabet agencies are run by those who want all the marbles in their hands, globally.
It is not just Alex Jones, many people today are sounding the alarm and exposing elements of this from their perspective. The pieces fit, no matter where your point of reference is. That means most of this is true.
Of course the narrative from the Cabal are always lies. Some are sugar coated and perfumed, but they are still largely lies.
Global Totalitarian Government run by stupid computers with garbage in and garbage out and anyone who disagrees with them is targeted and punished. Communists get to a point, they don’t care what you think, unless you oppose their power. If you do, they will subject you by punishing you, or simply kill you.
