Moscow military registration and enlistment offices began sending out notifications to conscripts that they were prohibited from leaving the country for failure to appear on summons. Several real cases were confirmed by the lawyer of the Conscientious Objector Movement (DSO), Artem Klyga.
The notifications indicate that the conscript is prohibited from leaving Russia and other restrictions are imposed in accordance with amendments to the law “On Military Duty” of 2024.
