It's been 'dumped' out there that Joe Biden wears diapers all the time.
I don't know the true story but let's assume it is true that Joe wears "Depends" or whatever.
For starters I would say Biden's diapers have US Constitution and Bill of Rights printed on the inside.
Biden dumps on them all the time his Banana Republic prosecuting Trump and arresting people on flimsy grounds like the Pro-Life activist Mark Houck found not guilty by a federal court jury.
