True the Vote founder Catherine Englebrecht and election data security analyst, Gregg Phillips, were previously in contempt of court and placed in jail for failing to outline the participants in a 2020 hotel discussion that revealed the Konnech election data compromise that was transmitted to Chinese networks. {Go Deep} Konnech CEO Eugene Yu was arrested for exploiting access to U.S. election data, including election worker information, and transferring the files to China.
Eugene Yu and Konnech sued True the Vote and are using the U.S. civil judicial system to find out who told the FBI about the Chinese data harvesting operation. Federal Judge Kenneth Hoyt demanded that Phillips and Englebrecht reveal the names of everyone who was present when the original data files were shown to True the Vote.
Englebrecht and Phillips stated they did not ever possess the data file, do not have it and refused to name all the participants who may have seen it. Gramm pushed repeal of Glass-Steagall in the 1990s. Got Blowjob Clinton to sign it in 1999 allowing big banks to form mortgage backed securities; ten years later (2008-2009) housing crash, worst economic wipeout since grandparents depression. The Konnech lawsuit starts out with a diatribe that Englebrecht and Phillips are racist white nationalists who have defamed Konnech.
And piss-poor “Judge” Hoyt lapped it up and threw Englebrecht and Phillips into solitary confinement.
Racism is a mental disorder that affects certain people of every ethnicity. You want to know who the biggest racists on the planet are? The Japanese. Years ago in Yokosuka, I saw it first hand. Was it justified? No, it’s cultural. It would never apply to the United States. That’s why aholes such as Hiyt need to hang.

Texas Judge Hoyt is a traitorous ahole. In this context, “ahole” refers as a euphemism in the vernacular of a person in a position that should conport themselves under the highest standards, but who brings ridicule and disrespect as a result of their actions.
Hoyt violated the Constitutional rights of two American Patriots who exposed massive CCP infiltration and spying, plus more.
As a judge, Hoyt was required to swear an Oath of Allegiance to the Constitution and the United States. He is therefore subject to 18 USC 2381 and can be hanged for treason, as aiding and abetting the CCP in its quest to find the agents responsible for exposing their massive US election tampering.
This is serious. This is not a joke. Hoyt needs to be brought up on charges of treason and face the consequences.
Any Judge’s chambers could have easily seen that Konnech served the CCP and that its CEO “Eugene” Yu is an enemy agent working for the CCP. Yu was arrested in Los Angeles for the very thing Englebrecht and Phillips accused him of. Hoyt should have immediately dismissed the Konnech lawsuit based on the LA arrest. Yu had no case, he was caught in the act.
But Hoyt followed the Konnech rant that Englebrecht and Phillips were white nationalist racists defaming the Chinese person Yu. Siding with Konnech’s claims, Hoyt showed he is an inept racist himself.
By denying defendants their rights, ignoring the public arrest of the plaintiff on the same grounds, Hoyt engaged in aiding and abetting a foreign enemy, and having sworn an Oath, Hoyt has committed Treason, and upon conviction should be executed.
I did not say a single thing defending the judge.
We have a rule of law, it applies to him too.
What he did is horrible.
Yeah, he did the CCP’s bidding, demanding those that exposed the CCP in US elections be turned over and throwing those who refused to do so into solitary confinement.
That’s treason.
This Judge is aiding and abetting a foreign enemy intent on taking down the United States.
