Following the mysterious, rumor-plagued attack on Paul Pelosi, the husband of House Speaker Nancy Pelosi, the U.S. Capitol Police (USCP) are re-evaluating their security protocols. According to multiple sources, the Capitol Police had access to cameras at the Pelosi residence, but they were not being monitored until local police were already at the scene.
On Wednesday, the Capitol Police released a statement admitting that those at the Command Center were not monitoring the security camera feed for the Pelosi residence at the time of the attack. The USCP reported that they have access to about 1,800 cameras, including those “used to actively monitor the speaker’s San Francisco residence around the clock when she is there.”

“While the Speaker was with her security detail in Washington, D.C., the San Francisco cameras were not actively monitored as they are when the speaker is at the residence. The Command Center personnel noticed the police activity on the screen and used the feeds to monitor the response and assist investigators,” the department said.
The statement also mentioned that they would be conducting an “internal security review” to gather “input and questions from… congressional stakeholders.” The department added that they will “fast-track the work [they] have already been doing to enhance the protection of members outside of Washington, D.C., while also providing new protective options that will address concerns following Friday’s targeted attack.”
On Tuesday, Capitol Police Chief Tom Manger announced that the department will review adding security measures for members of Congress. “The USCP has engaged in a review of Friday’s incident,” said Manger. “We believe today’s political climate calls for more resources to provide additional layers of physical security for members of Congress. This plan would include an emphasis on adding redundancies to the measures that are already in place for congressional leadership. Hopefully you can understand that we cannot disclose the details about these improvements because our country cannot afford to make it easier for any potential bad actors.”
What’s weird is that it seems like none of the security camera footage was recorded and stored anywhere, not even for a brief period of time. You would think that such a highly-funded department that monitors such high-up individuals in the U.S. government would have security equipment with the ability to record.
Following the attack, Mr. Pelosi is recovering in a hospital in San Francisco after undergoing surgery for his fractured skull and other injuries.
Democrats excel at two things: Finding votes, and losing evidence...
Neighbors have already said that the place had good security and they are shocked that if someone broke in the alarms did not go off
There looks to be a ladder in the backyard. Why? The Pelosis probably never do maintenance work themselves.
the rules do not apply to the CP
they are secret police
I have assumed all along that the security cameras were either disabled or were set up not to archive any footage … to keep the goings-on in that house from ever making their way into the public domain.
So this multi-multi-millionaire spouse of the 3rd in line to POTUS doesn’t have motion sensor alarms? Doesn’t have “smashed window” alarms?
I can forgive some remote worker who wasn’t diligently watching camera feeds at 2:34 am. Sort of like the prison guards who weren’t watching Jeffrey Epstein’s cell, though not exactly. Their job is to watch the cameras yes, but they also are probably sworn to secrecy about what they see and maybe also are used to seeing certain activities that they are forbidden to speak of.
But it raises the question whether the alarm system was deliberately, or absentmindedly, turned off. Even the inexpensive retail security systems have simple settings for “I am away” vs “I am home”. “I am home” turns off internal motion sensors but leaves doors, windows, broken glass sensors and (theoretically) outdoor motion sensors on to alert the occupants to any intruder. I don’t think the Pelosi’s have an inexpensive home security system.
Paul Pelosi and his gay boyfriend Pepe Le Pew were having a disagreement and Pepe would not leave. So Pelosi calls the cops and they catch both of them with a giant dildo. Of course all the video cameras are turned off and the cops somehow conveniently forgot to turn on the video cameras that they wear on their uniforms. They make up the story about a hammer, kick out the patio doors and take Pelosi to the hospital where all the video cameras are also conveniently turned off. They cannot lie about the phone call because that is actually recorded and time stamped. It’s all a big lie and coverup.
I’ve heard that on the missing security tape, ol’ poofter Paulie “gets it in the end”...
Maybe before the Capitol Police purged their security video files they briefed the DC reporter, who then reported that the attacker yelled, “Where is Nancy, where is Nancy?”
It’s unlikely that Paul Pelosi told that to the police since he was attacked, suffered severe head trauma, and underwent emergency surgery after the attack.
Or maybe the reporter just made it up.
Of course, that would raise even more questions about what Peloosie Smollett was doing there at 2:30 AM …
As Kurt Schlicter said recently:
“Um yeah, no”

The Deep State is so predictable—couldn’t they surprise us for once and preserve evidence...
nah...too much to ask.
If no recording exists, then wow that is really bad !

I said this on another thread. Modern video surveillance systems do not need to have human eyeballs on them 24-7. The AI in the software can be configured to alert people when certain criteria are met. For instance a person crossing a preset boundary, the sound of glass breaking, a person screaming, or gunshots.
The system can also be programmed to alert, well, anyone. Police, local security personnel, and it’s all recorded somewhere. Either on a local or remote NVR, a public or private cloud, or the camera itself on an SD card. Audible alarms can be added to scare intruders off.
My company distributes 5 different brands of cameras and the related software packages that do all of the above. Milestone, Genetech, and Wave are the big three. But there are others.
This all assumes proper installation by a competent integrator, of course.
So this claim that they don’t already know what happened is utter BS.

I have to wonder why Pelosi didn’t run out of the house when he opened the door for the cops ?
