John Roberts, or someone on his immediate staff, is the one who leaked the Dobbs decision a month ago. The votes to repeal Roe vs Wade and Casey vs Planned Parenthood was confirmed back in February, but Roberts has always wanted a compromise of some sorts that kept R v W. Roberts panicked and decided to leak the ruling & put pressure on the other 5 justices. ROBERTS LEAKED THIS, IS NOW DRAGGING HIS FEET ON RELEASING THE DECISION, VIOLENCE FROM THE LEFT ROBERTS HOPES WILL FORCE 1 OF THEM TO CAVE
The Left has been saying that if the Court allows states to control their own abortion laws, there will be a “revolution”. I really doubt that.
But we know what the draft decision was. If it turns out that, somehow, the Court decides to affirm Roe v Wade and leave abortion as a holy sacrament of the Left ... well, I think there might be trouble. Our government is a sham and that sort of thing just might give the whole game away.
I have always thought that, he had the most to gain from pressuring the conservatives.

The theory might be right. As Chief Justice, Roberts submits his opinion last. He may be desperately delaying in hopes someone else will cave, so he doesn’t have to be the one who exposes himself by having to be the one who flips and votes against the Alito brief.
Thomas and Alito, should go to Roberts and give him 1 week to release the name of the leaker. If he is incapable of doing so they should publicly call for him to step down as Chief Justice.

However, considering the alarming corruption, in the 21st century, in the government of the USA, which seems to be ubiquitous and which is tolerated by government agents and agencies which were once trusted and were trustworthy unconditionally, nothing would surprise me.
It’s common for the Court to release the big cases last. They’ve added 2 opinion days next week, Tuesday and Thursday.
I agree, my experience is in general, the farther left the spectrum the more rotten and sneaky, dishonest the person is.
Another factor at play is the female left wingers devotion to their professed right to abortion.
Sotomayor or Kagan would be my bets—possibly someone on their staff who knows they would want it leaked.

Roberts went so far as to call a penalty a tax, against every scintilla, every iota, every scrap of a fact in the underlying Obamamacare case, preserving it from being found unconstitutional under the Commerce Clause.
Who are you to say that he is above suspicion in this case?

They stole the last election. If that didn’t give the whole game away, I’m not sure that anything has that potential.
i would thik that this leak would really piss off the five in the majority, making them more resolute
