This is odd to hear as I just saw a video the other day
where the CEO (?) of Twitter wrote on Twitter that
outside contractors couldn't do fake bot audits. (paraphrasing)
The reason was because of the customer confidentiality concerns.
Elon Musk replied with a manure emoji.
And here we are with software firm SparkToro coming in
doing an audit...on the *POTUS.

Almost half of President Joe Biden's current 22.2 million followers on Twitter are fake accounts, according to an audit tool provided by software company SparkToro.
Now I know how he could say it. They used outside software and did it internally.
