A Colleyville Middle School teacher identified by school parents as Lisa Grimes was captured on camera saying that political opposition to the COVID vaccine prolonged the pandemic and and added “those conservative Christians … they need to die …. they need to get COVID and die.” The video was provided by a family of the school who asked to not be identified at this time.
“We have a political system that will not allow us to [inaudible] so we’re vaccinating like the flu … which is, you know … get the flu vaccine if you want but you can’t — don’t ‘tread on me.’ [crosstalk] But it’s too late. It would have had to have been immediate. If we would have done it immediately, it’d already be gone. That’s what’s frustrating. The rest of my life is impacted because of politics? Because of conservative Christian crap? [crosstalk] I’m telling you, those conservative Christians … they need to die … they need to get covid and die.”
We have reached out to Colleyville ISD for comment.
UPDATE: The school hasn’t responded to our request for comment but they have sent out a school-wide email. Shared by another family:

What’s really sad is that she believes that if we ALL had been vaxed, Covid would be gone now. I wonder where she got that crap from?
Oh, well...I appreciate the school system putting her on leave. Maybe she’ll learn something from this.
Apparently we've already seen. The resignation was announced to all of the parents by the school district.
I know some RAT ladies that come off “nice” until they know you are religious or conservative like.
They talk and act just like this nasty creature. The ones I know are not the sharpest knives in the drawer either. They believe every single thing their MSM kook left media spew.
One of the most remarkable things about the leftists is that they never question anything that comes from their own side. They are sad mind controlled creatures. We argue and disagree on some issues, they do not.
It was never clearly stated, but I’m guessing one of the students was observing the little group of teachers chatting. That student decided to film and record them. That same student must have then posted the Girltalk online, passing it out to other interested parties.
I’m glad this teacher was found out for her hateful attitude, but I see this as yet another sign of privacy becoming a word with virtually no meaning the moment you step out of your home.
