SCOTUS - run by Malta’s Epstein-Roberts and
his satellite controlling “wife”.
less trustable than than the FIB.
more Treasonous than a Comey.

It is, of course, ridiculous to even think that the Supreme Court would even come close to upholding the mandates. What legal argument could be made to support it? There simply isn’t one; likewise for arguing for the medical need. Yes. But what happens if they do uphold the mandate? What happens if Roberts decides it's a tax?
I don't think we're under Rule of Law anymore. It's Rule of Men. Now, the court may do the right thing on the mandates, but I think overall the point stands that the courts are political.

I had a professor once who could espouse at length about ‘Marshall’s Power Grab’ and how ‘Madison the Wimp’ let him get away with it.

Too many women on the court. Basic biology tends to drive them to side with Karens and the whole “safety instead of freedom” mindset.

The SCOTUS will do whatever Deep State tells it to do.
Whether it’s double down or cut bait, who knows.
But the written decision, how Deep State finesses it, should give us a clue to Deep State’s future intent either way.

We need to get it out of our head that SCOTUS had the final word. By the grace of Almighty God, we the people have the final say on our librties. We can only surrender them. They cannot be taken away.
Pragmatic arguememts about safetu amd effectiveness are counterproductive. Our great enemy can and always will argue that we are better off as slaves to the benevolent deified state.

My prediction is that they will disappoint all sides.
They will strike down the vaccine mandate, but find an inventive way to uphold testing mandates... by not striking down that section of the Rule, but by allowing it to stand and ripen for future appeal.

In my lifetime the SCOTUS has never failed to disappoint.

Blame the people!
Too many have given too much weight, too much authority to too many Black Robed Tyrants!
For instance, all of the so called gun laws that have been upheld by a Third Branch of our Government , the SCOTUS, they issue "opinions", nothing more. That is all that they are Constitutionally "empowered" to do!
SCOTUS is a branch of our government and as such .. is also Constitutionally controlled!
(or supposed to be!)
Lest we forget, the Constitution is a control on Government .. not a control on the people.
Why do I bring this up?
Because, it seems that people have forgotten that our God Given Rights are not Privileges, are not "granted" by any branch of the Government .. which also includes the SCOTUS!
(it would seem that SCOTUS has also forgotten this fact).
They, (the people), have allowed themselves to become subservient to an authority that has No such authority!
A simple explanation:

Probably not. They betrayed their oaths of office when they refused to hear the Tx case objecting to illegal voting in other states.
