I am suspecting that the police detectives’ honesty is bolstered by the evil vaccine mandates impacting everyone and the leftist Democrats attempt to demonize and defund police departments. The politician’s can make police do many things but if they piss them off it is difficult to threaten them lie in court under oath.
The defense should call in witnesses from the prosecutor’s office and rhetorically hang them on their lies and illegal political prosecutions.

If I were the judge, I’d be really pissed at this point.
This is the best decision the Judge could make.

when the prosecution rests is usual time..defense says pros have not proven a their case or a crime...
Kyle might be looking at a payday from the city/county after this.

Not a lawyer, but I think the defense has to wait until the prosecution rests their case.

First, the prosecution attempts to show Rittenhouse initiated confrontation (with drone footage), when ground footage showed he was asking if anyone needed a medic.
Now their witness confirms there was a gunshot (fired by Joshua Ziminski, the same guy who lit the dumpster on fire that Kyle responded to). The gun was fired from behind Kyle while he was running from Rosenbaum just before Kyle turned around and Rosenbaum tried to take his gun. There were then 7 more gunshots, only 4 of which were fired by Rittenhouse. Detectives don’t know who fired the other 3.
Not a good start for the prosecution...
