Understanding the Haitian refugee crisis on the border

I offer a few comments on the Haitian migrant crises.

First, this is mostly self-inflicted by the Biden administration. The Haitians heard Biden's call for economic "refugees" to come here. They understood that Biden had reversed Trump-era policies. So it should come as no surprise that they decided to try their luck.

Second, it is remarkable that the administration largely succeeded in downplaying the crises for so long. Having a pliant media at its disposal was a factor. It was only after the migrant shantytown was populated by about 15,000 people, who were running out of rations and living in unsanitary conditions, with many more coming across the Rio Grande every day, that the media had to start covering the story.

Third, the unfolding humanitarian crises led to, guess what, the Biden administration re-imposing Trump-era policies it and the media had decried during the campaign as racist and cruel. In sum, based on Trump's policies and precedent as upheld by courts, the Biden administration is sending thousands of Haitians back to their home country, without the "due process" Biden the candidate and Democrats derided when Trump did it to address Central American migrants during his presidency.

Finally, I close with a question. If America is such a hopelessly racist country as the progressive left and many in the media want you to believe, why are so many Haitians willing to travel thousands of miles by boat and on foot in dangerous conditions and risk their lives to come here?

Fox’s Greg Gutfeld nailed it, that the cunning Left seemingly ignored the Haitian invasion.

While our outrage was palpable, wily Lefties were lying in wait——like common criminals——til they had an angle they liked.

They jumped in headfirst———so they could flaunt their phony “tolerance and compassion” -——— at falsified reports that invaders were being (gasp) “whipped”.

To complete the conquest, obviously.

......the Biden administration is sending thousands of Haitians back to their home country........

Wrong,Wrong,Wrong,Wrong,Wrong,Wrong,Wrong,Wrong,Wrong.....

The cunning Biden wants you to think that.

Mayorkas flatout lied.

Only 1% of the Invaders were flown out.

99% are being let in to board the gravy train as Democrat voters.

How do you get an invasion of Haitian citizens without MEXICO being compliant in letting them in to their country first? Mexico is aiding and abetting this invasion to take place!

Quote from Miranda Divine in the NY Post two days ago...

“Chile was 1,000 times better than Haiti,” one migrant told him.

“But America is 1 million times better.”

That’s right. The country daily slandered by Democrats as racist is a magnet to black people from around the world. Funny, that.

I don’t know for certain, but I would imagine many were relocated after the last Haiti disaster probably with the help of the Clinton foundation. Maybe someone has better information. Catholic charities is another huge player in relocation of people, they need a good investigating….like with the Clintons, it’s for the children. Yea right.

I don’t jump to conclusions. I try to give everyone the benefit of the doubt.

Now you’ve removed that doubt.

That comment needs to be removed from the headline. I wish you could be banned, but that probably won’t happen.

These are immigrants of yore. Sure a small percentage of them are coming for opportunity.

This new flood can't make the distinction between the "stuff" and what it took to build the stuff. They just know they want the stuff. They've been told they deserve the stuff and it's the people who built the stuff's fault they don't have it.

Haiti has been FUBAR ever since they overthrew their French rulers..in the early 1800s. Yet they share the same island with the relatively stable Dominican Republic.
