Evidence suggests that her killer is a Capitol Hill Lt. named Michael Leroy Byrd. The Capitol Police officer who fatally shot Ashli Babbitt outside a door of the U.S. Capitol has been formally exonerated after an internal investigation, according to reports. Independent journalist Taylor Hansen has previously identified Babbitt’s shooter as Capitol Hill Police Lt. Michael Leroy Byrd, as reported by National File.

Did they give an explanation as to why the shooting was justified? It’s hard to see what the justification was just by looking at the video. It looks like he just decided to blow her away. Visuals that bad would seem to warrant an explanation.

This is also the only shooting of an unarmed person by a law officer that has been approved of by BLM, Antifa and Democrat politicians.

Since she was not a deadly threat there can be no justification under any use of force policy. If a border patrol agent shot someone climbing the fence to break into the country it would be murder, but this guy can shoot someone for breaking into the capital.
