The 13 and 15-year-old girls who murdered an Uber Eats driver during a carjacking in DC are reportedly getting a plea deal. Instead of fleeing the scene after the car that they were trying to steal crashed and rolled on its side, one of the girls began looking for her cellphone that was in the vehicle — while walking nonchalantly past their victim’s body.
Their victim, Mohammad Anwar, 66, of Springfield, Virginia, was driving for Uber Eats when the girls attempted to steal his car and tased him.
The horrific scene was caught on camera by a witness.

In a just world, the two ferals would be tried as adults for felony murder and felony manslaughter as a lesser included offense.

Victim’s family might wait five years, but they will remember the two girls, and eventually render some judgement upon them. DC political system isn’t doing the girls any favors.

Just like in the Ashley Babbitt shooting - nobody responds with decent first aid. I wonder if the National Guard were thinking it was a suicide car bomb or something with the one guy saying “stay away from the car”? I guess if that is what they were thinking they need to assess the car and the driver for their safety before trying to help the guy.
Although the guy with the camera is telling them that “they” just stole the car. I guess he could have been more clear on who “they” was. “Those two girls just carjacked this guy - hold them for the police. This guy is innocent!”
(Or the video guy could have put down his camera and rendered aid to the gentleman.)
And at the end of the video there was at least one guy dressed all in black with a patch on his sleeve - security guard or something? He walks away.
And how will their plea deal work? I always thought those were to get evidence on higher-ups in a criminal ring? (Hmm - maybe it is. Gangs get the younger members to do the carjackings and bring the cars back to the gang to be stripped??)

DC prosecutor Racine is a Marxist-light Soros type, possibly even funded by him. Some federal prosecutors actually have balls and prosecute serious offenders to the fullest extent of the law, but now it is questionable.
