I worked in Pharma for 38+ years.
The premise that anyone in manufacturing, quality and product development, medical and regulatory/ legal departments would knowingly create, approve and submit false data is an insult to the real people who do the work.
I know folks at Pfizer, worked with many of them for over twenty years.
We never cheated, lied or stole...
Because, our own families might be getting the drug products.

Did you know everyone that worked at Pfizer, all the way to the top and across all international boundries? The people that set policy? Dispersed funds? Approved research?
Your anecdotal statement is evidence of nothing, other than a personal observation of your immediate environment. But your loyalty is noted, company man.
The fact is, you have no idea of all the shenanigans Pfizer has been up to over the years. You were a cog.
