This came to me after waching something that hinted at a possible Star Trek: Next Generation reboot of some kind.
GOD I HOPE NOT
IT WOULD BE JUST FOR MONEY because Star Trek....$$$$
Because most of the junk coming out is reboots and sideways reboots of things, like Magnum PI, and other junk I will never watch.
But I was thinking of what weird shows you might think theyd try rebooting in a weird/warped way, or some kind of amalgam of two shows into one show
Like, the first one that crossed my mind....
Married...With Star Trek
Married with Children crossed with Star Trek
Ed ONeill as the dad captain, Peggy the narcissistic red headed doctor, the opening phrase having Ed's voice reinsert "man" into the no man has gone before, line...

If you're feeling a little whippy/stir crazy, add in somthing funny you'd think some studio weirdo might think is a novel idea ut is really just funny, whether inteded to be , or not...

How about the ‘Big Brother’ Euro shows where the girls shower and walk around naked. Definitely enhance viewership and revenue.
In reality these shows exist. In some places they are uncensored or you can find the clips. They have ir cameras and catch folks fooling around. Euro and brasil shows ha e this stuff.

There is being rebooted by IMBd TV on it’s streaming service. All the cast is returning except Timothy Hutton due to sexual allegations against him.
I wish the original show had more than a five year run but I expect the reboot to suck because reboots/sequels usually do.

But could you imagine the amount of “wokeness” that would be hurled at you every week.
Elijah Bailey would be a homosexual mooslim and R Daneel Olivaw would be a “robot of color” pointing out every way the evil, capitalist, patriarchal, white race had corrupted everything from society with it’s cultural appropriation to the white races denial of man made global climate change.
Then the evil white man took to the stars to rape other planets.
Should be LEVERAGE is being rebooted.

I wish I had saved it because I can't find it any more.
Zorro in which everyone wears a mask but him in post apocalyptic, post electric, post motor vehicle California. His being without a mask strikes fear into the ruling elite. No one outside his home knows his true identity as they have never seen him without one on.

I always thought Survivor Inner City. Each person gets a paid room in a flophouse, $100 and a bus pass. Boundaries are set that they can’t cross. The one who lasts the longest, wins. All contestants have to be super woke.
Traffic reporters are flown in to some random city and run a gauntlet to try to get around the city only listening to the local traffic reporters who always use the colloquial names of roads that are not on any map.
