The institutions are not broken the people in the institutions do not know how to operate the institutions as designed. Just beacuse a newbie driver runs into a tree with his bright new Corvette, doesn’t mean that the Corvette was broken before he hit the tree...just sayin’.

They don’t abide by the constitution, they don’t follow their own rules, they parrot “rule of law’ when the item before them is an example of NOT following the rule of law.
