After receiving feedback from legal minds we decided to repost this.
several individuals believe that now that Joe Biden has been sworn in President Trump still has a legitimate challenge in court based on the massive alleged fraud prevalent in the 2020 election.

I’d present the facts to the public, and make it known that the courts and the Congress have decided to perpetrate fraud.
It’s a fool’s errand to take it to Congress or the Courts. We already know where those institutiuons stand.
1. Courts rarely get involved in elections that have clear jurisdictional responsibilities in state governments and in the legislative and executive branches of the U.S. government. If a state legislature establishes an election date or a range of dates for an election, for example, and the state's constitution says the legislature has the power to do this, then there's no reason for a court to be involved.
2. Candidates -- especially in presidential elections -- generally don't have a strong legal standing to challenge election results. An elected office is not something that can be "stolen" from a candidate because the candidate does not have a legal claim to hold that office. This is why successful election challenges are generally always based on the legal rights of VOTERS, not candidates.
3. The last sentence in the previous item also explains why courts rarely ever allow ballots to be disqualified. Since our election system is built on a foundation of voters' rights, the legal hurdle to eliminate a ballot -- even one that does not meet every legal standard established under the law -- is very high.
What court has heard a Quo Warranto case over this election? Or are you just blowing smoke because you enjoy the smell?

Then watch the Courts throw it out for “no standing” or some other BS.

if we truly believe if they stole the election with fraudulent votes ballot stuffing and vote flipping then don’t expect them to get rid of the electoral college anytime soon

the courts must see the evidence and if it is legit, act upon it. or we will know if the republic is truly lost.
