The infamous Kraken has been released in Georgia.
Following weeks of Sidney’s pronouncement, most thought she was metaphorically referring to a legendary sea monster of gigantic size and cephalopod-like appearance in Scandinavian folklore. But nope, tonight Sidney confirmed, via response to a tweet, who the Kracken is.

Our side has repeatedly stated that we almost have too much evidence to manage. The physical labor, people is an enormous task.
I was once in a huge legal battle and recall the complexities.
Because I have chosen to believe my sister in Christ does not lie to we the people, I am willing to giver her the benefit of a doubt, even if it is Friday before the suit is filed.
While it would be a letdown, that would be my guess as well.
Flynn was her client so that would have been a huge distraction.
Today was also a big day for Trump's team in PA, so I would assume that something from the hearing needed to be added, or a new witness etc.

I think the suit not yet being filed would be more worrisome if it was to be filed in State Court. But if a suit is e-filed in one of the Federal Courts in GA they have three), that can be done up until midnight.
Each Exhibit has to be scanned in separately, then attached to the main brief, before the whole shebang is e-filed. If there are hundreds of Exhibits, it takes a huge amount of time for the entire massive document to upload & show up online. But as long as e-filing is begun before midnight, it still shows up as being filed today, even if it takes hours for all the Exhibits to upload.

If they don’t file, it’s because they have nothing and never intended on filing. It’s all about Sidney’s speaking fees and donations to her website. That is why Trump team disassociated from her — they realized she is scamming Trump voters to make money.

Biden was talking about his post election 600 lawyers, who were ready to do the same thing Trump is doing now. It is often shown as a gaffe, not an admission.
Look I don’t care exactly when Sydney files, and you can file electronically 24/ 7 but she went on tv and said no later than today.
If she didn’t know yet she shouldn’t have answered that way. We will see.

What she said and what was reported are not identical, close but not identical.
The information signal to glean here is how many malcontents jump on to discredit her.
The point is that Kracken is a Cyber Warfare Program.
Excuse me the quote you quoted is not her, it is a statement by somebody describing what she said.
I HEARD her yesterday say “no later than tomorrow [meaning today].
Again, I don’t care exactly when, I do care that when people interview her she makes sound good statements but if you listen very carefully she is tentative at best.
Hope she reverses the election.
I cannot find any suit filed by Powell.
You can however buy her book this Summer for $24.95.
